01. The order
How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through the Artwistic website by browsing our collections, selecting your preferred piece, and adding it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment through our secure payment options. After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹1500. Orders below this amount will have a standard shipping charge applied at checkout.
Can I place an order for customisation?
We offer customisation on selected pieces. For customised orders, you can reach out to us directly via Instagram DM and we’ll guide you through the process.
02. Shipment policy
When do I receive my order?
At Artwistic, we aim to deliver your pieces in a safe, timely, and smooth manner.
All orders are processed within 4–5 business days. For customised pieces, dispatch may take 6–7 business days as each item is made with extra care.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 days across India, depending on your location and courier service availability.
For urgent orders, you can reach out to us via Instagram DM, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be shared with you via email, so you can stay updated on your delivery.
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

03. Return/Exchange policy
Can I return/exchange my order?
We maintain a strict no return / no refund policy.
Exchanges are only applicable if:
- You have received a wrong product, or
- The product is damaged upon delivery
Exchange Requirements:
- An unedited unboxing video is mandatory as proof
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process any exchange request.
04. Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed on Artwistic, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
All orders are processed promptly to ensure timely dispatch, and therefore cancellations are not permitted after order confirmation.
For customised or made-to-order pieces, cancellations are strictly not allowed once the order is placed.
We request all customers to carefully review their order details, including product selection, sizing, and shipping information, before completing the purchase.
Exception Clause:
In rare cases, Artwistic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues identified during order processing.
