When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

03. Return/Exchange policy
We maintain a strict no return / no refund policy.
Exchanges are only applicable if:
- You have received a wrong product, or
- The product is damaged upon delivery
Exchange Requirements:
- An unedited unboxing video is mandatory as proof
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process any exchange request.
04. Cancellation Policy
- Once an order has been processed and packed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- If you wish to cancel before processing, a 20% cancellation fee will be applicable.
- Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.
- Once an order is booked for shipping, it is considered final.
